The project brought together a Train Management System, Teletech’s own in-house designed PLC and Siemens Electronic Interlocking technology within Mumbai Suburban Railway operations. Rather than working only as an equipment integrator, Teletech contributed its own engineered control component as part of the system integration.
Three central components of the project:
Train Management System (TMS) as the operational railway system.
In-House Designed PLC developed by Teletech.
Siemens Electronic Interlocking System integrated with Teletech’s PLC.
Together, these technologies formed the core of Teletech’s documented integration for Mumbai Suburban Railway operations.

As a solution partner to Indian Railways, Teletech developed India’s first White LED Passenger Information Display Board integrated with the Train Management System and has also developed and deployed the largest LED Passenger Information Display Board in the Mumbai Suburban Railway network.
